Our story
Access Philanthropy was founded in 2001 by Steve Paprocki. What began as geographically-focused prospect research helping nonprofits identify funders in specific regions evolved over two decades into a full-service consulting firm offering customized fundraising and organizational development services to nonprofits across the country.
As the philanthropic landscape grew more complex, so did the needs of AP's clients. Organizations didn't just need a list of prospects; they needed help understanding how funders made decisions, how to position their work effectively, and how to build the kind of relationships that lead to long-term support. AP grew to meet that need.
Today, Access Philanthropy works with organizations of all sizes, from emerging nonprofits building their first development program to established organizations looking to scale.
