Access Philanthropy Workshop
Pricing
We have found that workshops are most successful
when we work with a co-sponsoring or partnership
organization. Support organizations help us understand
local funding and fundraising issues, provide
some logistical support, and help us focus the
workshop on what is best for local participants.
We have two types of working relationships: (1)
Co-sponsor Organizations and (2) Partner Organizations
Co-Sponsors hire Access Philanthropy
for a flat fee, do all promotion and keep all
of the profit. This is a great fundraising
opportunity for your own organization.
Please contact Access Philanthropy for up to
date pricing. We offer discounts when booking
multiple workshops back to back and we will also
travel to venues across your state.
Partners share equally in the work,
revenue and expenses. We recommend
charging $75 - $300 per attendee based upon
the type of workshop, area pricing and the
number of registrants.
To ensure that our own costs are met, a minimum
attendance of 30 participants confirmed the Friday
prior to the event date is required.

Most organizations choose the Co-Sponsorship
option if they want to limit their risk exposure,
but choose the Partnership option when they want
to use the workshop as a source of revenue for
their organization. Many first time organizations
choose the Co-Sponsorship option if they are
concerned about how well the workshop will be
received by registrants, but use the Partnership
arrangement for later workshops, because workshop
participants generally rate AP workshops 4.85
on a scale of 1 (low) to 5 (high).
