We also believe that communities can benefit from technology—specifically, from programs that bring technology closer to the individuals they serve. That's why PeopleSoft's Community Relations program mainly targets community service projects that focus on technology.
Our primary program, called Caring through Computers, supports efforts that:
a. Provide underserved populations with computer technology training and education.
b. Support creative and beneficial uses of the internet in communities.
c. Use computer technology to improve the quality of life for underserved populations.
d. Educate the community about the benefits of technology in our lives.
Promote mathematics and science education.
PeopleSoft typically provides grants and volunteer support in two bi-annual periods during the year. At present, current funding is allocated and PeopleSoft is no longer accepting grants until further notice.
