Application Procedures:: Requests are reviewed on a quarterly basis and must be received by quarter-end to be considered for that review. Quarter ends are March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. Incomplete proposals will not be reviewed.
An initial review will be made of your request to determine if it abides by the Application Procedures and fits within the guidelines. Incomplete proposals will not be reviewed. If the request meets the initial requirements and the current interest and focus of our giving program, an applicant may be asked for more information.
An application form is not required.
Applicants should submit one copy of the following:
1) detailed description of project and amount of funding requested 2) contact person 3) descriptive literature about organization 4) brief history of organization and description of its mission 5) geographic area to be served 6) copy of current year's organizational budget and/or project budget 7) listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations 8) copy of IRS Determination Letter 9) name, address and phone number of organization
