Overview: The foundation is committed to promoting the health and nutritional needs of children and families. The foundation supports organizations involved with arts and culture, education, nutrition, human services, and youth services.
Interest Areas

FISCAL NOTE The corporate foundation is under-endowed, that is, the foundation's annual payout is greater than the income produced by the foundation's endowment.
Recently, the corporation has been adding $1million or more annually to the foundation's endowment, doubling the size of the principal in the last three years. However, at the same time, the corporation has been reducing its contributions to the foundation's payout reducing the amount granted by the foundations from $4 million to $2.8 million during the last few years.
The corporation will probably continue to make contributions to the foundation's endowment until the endowment is capable of producing the amount the corporation wishes to payout annually, making the foundation a fully endowed foundation.
